- Appointment and Payment

2.2 The availability of appointments is subject to the availability of healthcare professionals and may vary based on your location in Ahmedabad.
2.3 You are responsible for payment of the services as per the rates provided by Avita Health Services Pvt Ltd. Payment can be made in cash or through other accepted methods, as agreed upon during the appointment booking process.
2.4 Any additional charges for medication, medical equipment, or other necessary items will be communicated to you, and you are responsible for their payment.
- Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify Avita Health Services Pvt Ltd at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges.

6.1 We aim to reach your location in Ahmedabad within 30-40 minutes from the time of your confirmed appointment. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or traffic conditions may affect our ability to meet this timeframe.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
